1. Will my account number change? No. Your account number has remained the same.
2. Will my current checks still work? Yes. You may continue using your existing checks.
3. Will my Liberty Bank Debit/ATM card still work? No. You should have received a new debit/ATM card in early April. As of 4/24 at 9am your Liberty card will no longer work.
4. How do I change my account type? You may request an account change, which will not impact your account number by contacting your local branch or speaking to Customer Support.
5. How do I access Middlefield Bank’s online/mobile banking? You will use your existing username or user ID and a temporary password of the last 6 digits of your social security number or business tax ID. On Monday, April 24, the Liberty National Bank Online and your old Mobile Banking app will no longer work. Visit middlefieldbank.bank and click the online banking login or download Middlefield Bank's app in your your mobile app store. There are different mobile banking apps for Personal (Easylink) and Business. Please search in your device's app store for Middlefield Bank to find the correct ones or use the direct links below:

6. Why can’t I see all of my accounts in online/mobile banking? Your accounts and funds are safe. This is part of the conversion process, please report any missing account online at middlefieldbank.bank/missing.
7. How else can I check my balances, transactions, transfer between accounts, or make a loan payment? You can access our 24/7 telephone banking service by dialing 877.622.2794. You will use your existing account number and the temporary personal identification number or PIN will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. Please follow the prompts to change this temporary password.

On Monday, April 24th, you will have full access to all 21 of our banking offices and ATMs as well as a wide range of financial products and services. This includes a suite of online and mobile banking tools designed to enhance your banking opportunities. Rest assured that the employees currently serving you will continue to assist you with their tradition of personal, friendly service.

We have prepared a guidebook to help answer any questions you may have about your account crossover, and any changes you may encounter as a new Middlefield Bank customer.
