Changes to ATM Deposits Effective 8/1/19

As referenced in June 2019 Statement Message:

Effective 08/01/2019 deposits made at Middlefield Bank ATMs may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Our general policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Longer delays may apply. Deposits made in person with a teller at one of our branches may be available sooner.

To help alleviate the changes to the timing, here is some additional information:

If a deposit is made after 5pm on Monday – Friday, the deposit will be available the first business day after the day your deposit is received.

Weekday deposits made before 5pm will process that night and post to the account the next morning.

Weekend deposits (after 5pm on Friday) will be received on Monday (unless it is a Federal Holiday) and will post to the account on Tuesday.

To use the night drop box, put your deposit in an envelope labeled with your full name and account number then open the handle and insert into slot. Your deposit will be posted the next business day. For example, Thursday at 8pm would be available Friday morning.
